The Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada released its final report, Honouring the Truth, Reconciling for the Future in which 94 Calls to Action to guide reconciliation with First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples were described. This included Calls to Action targeting the legal profession and the corporate sector. In this session, we’ll share Fasken’s path to developing a meaningful response to the Calls to Action, and the considerations for In-House Legal Counsel as they support their own organizations towards the journey to reconciliation.
