Trouble-shooting Tips for Optimal Streaming:
The quality of your live playback experience is largely dependent on the download speed you have from your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or mobile provider. Keep in mind that your overall Internet speed can vary depending on many factors, including but not limited to: time of day, Wi-Fi performance, other devices/users utilizing your connection, and the strength of the signal provided by your ISP.
- Access the webinar outside of your virtual desktop or VPN network
- Open the webinar link in the Chrome, Firefox, or Safari browser
- Refresh the page in your browser
- Improve your wifi/internet reliability by limiting the number of other devices in use
- Unmute the video by clicking the unmute button in the top of the video screen
- Make sure your device is not muted
- Try reducing the resolution quality through the gear icon in the bottom right corner of the video
